1. About these terms
This website and the Studio demo are provided by ("Seventh Axis", "we"). By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. The Studio is a demonstration
The Studio shows how Seventh Axis plans robot tasks in a simulated cell. Plans, simulations, cycle times and exported code are for evaluation only. They are not certified for use on real equipment.
Never run exported code on a physical robot without review by a qualified person, a proper risk assessment, and testing at reduced speed with the safety systems of your cell in place. You are responsible for how you use anything the Studio produces.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't try to overload, disrupt or break into the site or its services.
- Don't use automated tools to send requests to the demo or our forms.
- Don't enter personal, confidential or unlawful content into the Studio.
4. Intellectual property
The Seventh Axis name, logo, website and software belong to us. Photographs are used under the Unsplash licence and belong to their photographers. Code you export from the Studio is yours to use under these terms.
5. No warranty
The site and the Studio are provided "as is" while we develop the product. We don't promise they'll always be available, accurate or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the Studio, including loss from running exported code on equipment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Malaysian law.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice and cookie policy.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will show the new effective date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction.
