Founder of Seventh Axis

Building the seventh axis: software that lets anyone on the line program a robot arm in their own language.

Built end to end, tested before it touches hardware.

Zishaan is a software and systems engineer in Kuala Lumpur. He started Seventh Axis because Malaysian factories keep buying robot arms that end up stuck on one job: changing what a robot does still takes a specialist, a teach pendant and days of downtime.

He built Kata, the company's first product, end to end: the language planner, the kinematics and digital twin that check every move, the signed approvals, the web app, and the bridge that runs approved programs on Universal Robots controllers.

His rule for all of it: nothing moves until it has been simulated, checked and approved by a person.

Kata, from the sentence to the robot.

The planner

Turns an instruction in English, Bahasa Malaysia or 中文 into a structured plan, with an offline fallback.

The digital twin

UR10e kinematics, inverse kinematics, physics and motion planning, with reach, collision and payload checks.

Signed approvals

Ed25519 signatures that cover one run of one program on one robot, and expire after five minutes.

The app

Workspaces, robots, cells, programs, runs and teams, with row-level security.

The bridge

Talks to Universal Robots controllers over RTDE and the Dashboard Server, and refuses anything unsigned.

This website

Including the 3D scenes, the ROI calculator and the Ask Axis assistant.
